    Body Attack A high calorie burning class which includes aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises which rapidly improves general endurance and overall body strength.
    Body Combat A non-contact, martial-arts based fittness program. Energetic routine, great for fitness and weight loss.
    Body Pump A weights class that target all the major muscle groups while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
    BoxingA great way to - just let it all out! Fantastic for overall strength, toning, fitness and weight loss.
    PilatesA conditioning program which will help improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination and strength.
    Yogaseries of static and dynamic postures in a flowing sequence to develop strength, core stability, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels.
    CyclingA high intensity, low impact class for the member that loves results!! It involves statically riding a bike and following the instructors combinations. Although it is a high intensity class, it can be catered for all fitness levels.
    Hip HopA street dance class designed for all dance levels and for all fitness levels. It is a class that gives you a workout and you do not even feel or notice it. You just have to have a 'let go' attitude!! Try it, you will not look back
    Latin It is a simply choreographed class which a lot of Latin flavor and expression and for all fitness levels. It is a gentle and low impact.

    I've been actively involved in the fitness industry from a young age. Trying out many different sports including athletics, dancing, tennis then finding artistic gymnastics, which became my chosen sport for many years.

    I believe my active childhood helped shape my strong attitude and passion for an active lifestyle and a strong healthy body. From nutrition to aerobic conditioning and resistance training; first a foundation must be built, progressions must be made. I understand the difficulties many women face with finding time for training. My focus is to provide you with all the support, education, and most importantly motivation to help you achieve all your health/fitness/lifestyle goals!

    My experience and knowledge comes from a lifetime of passion for sports and fitness in general. I was brought up in sporting family and spent my teenage years pushing myself to the limit when competing in tennis and athletics at a representative level. While I was studying at university, I found that as a full time student staying in peak condition was not as easy as I thought it would be and even though I continued playing tennis socially, I found that this did not satisfy all the energy I had to burn.

    Looking for a new fitness "fix", I joined the local gym and have been addicted ever since. Even though I was studying, I soon found myself spending all my spare time there, talking to fitness instructors and gym junkies and reading everything I could to feed this newly acquired passion for fitness. Like any passion, I soon found that I wanted to share my knowledge with the world and enrolled in a fitness leaders course and ventured into the dynamic world of personal training.

    I became a trainer because exercise and healthy eating is my passion in life; I adore it and it fills me with an immense satisfaction. I want to pass on my passion and knowledge to women and show them how to love exercise and convince them that ladies can love weights!

    Since leaving school I have had a passion for strength training and aerobic conditioning - they are a great way to challenge the body and mind. I have always had a great interest in nutrition, this year I have taken it a step further and have begun a degree with nutrition and weight loss being my main focus. I just love the fitness industry and find great fulfilment passing on my passion and knowledge to women.

    I became a trainer for the pure enjoyment of helping other others look and feel good about themselves. I've had a passion for aerobics and keeping fit since a young age and I love working up a sweat! I'm a positive and highly motivated individual who makes fitness a priority in my everyday life.

    Since University, I have always had an interest in health and fitness, and I believe that there is a strong correlation between a healthy body and healthy mind. For four and a half years, I worked full time in the corporate world, stuck behind a computer and sitting at my desk all day... During my spare time however, I would teach aerobics and one day it dawned upon me "wouldn't it be great if I could do this all day and help others achieve their fitness goals?" My passion in life is sharing fitness and health with others. My goal is to motivate others to work hard to achieve their health and fitness goals, guide others to lose weight, and to help people get fitter and stronger. Exercise is a powerful tool. It makes the body stronger, not only physically, but mentally as well. This results in goals being achieved, and a more enjoyable lifestyle.
