Body Attach
A high calorie burning class which includes aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises which rapidly improves general endurance and overall body strength.
Body Combat
A non-contact, martial-arts based fitness program. Energetic routine, great for fitness and weight loss.
Body Pump
A weights class that targets all the major muscle groups while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
Boxing

Pilates
A conditioning program which will help improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination and strength.
Yoga

Cycling
A high intensity, low impact class for the member that loves results!! It involves statically riding a bike and following the instructor's combinations. Although it is a high intensity class, it can be catered for all fitness levels.
Hip Hop
A street dance class designed for all dance levels and for all fitness levels. It is a class that gives you a workout and you do not even feel or notice it. You just have to have a 'let go' attitude!! Try it, you will not look back.
