SHE's outdoor Group Personal Training program offers you the effectiveness of Personal Training with the motivation and team spirit of group training. In a small group of 2-6 persons you work with your Personal Trainer towards achieving your individual goals. The outdoor sessions provide you with an abundance of variety, efficiency and fun. It is motivating, fun and brings you great results! Our experienced and fully qualified Personal Trainer Mel ensures that each session is different and tailored towards your individual needs. Think of challenging circuit sessions, upper and lower body exercises, running, strength, boxing... no two sessions are the same.
