Class Descriptions

ABT(15-20mins) Abs, Butts and Thighs- The name says it all!
ABT CIRCUIT This is ABT with a twist. A hard workout specifically designed to work most women’s 3 problem areas.
BODY ATTACK Burn lots of calories and tone your body while increasing your fitness and stamina with simple, high-energy moves.
BODY COMBAT Energetic, non-contact, martial-arts based fitness program. Great for fitness and weight loss.
BODY PUMP Tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
BOXERCISE Kick, punch - just let it all out! Fantastic for strength, toning, fitness and weight loss.
PILATES Strengthen, increase your core stability and muscle tone.
YOGA A series of static and dynamic postures in a flowing sequence to develop strength, core stability, flexibility and balance.  For all levels.
  All Classes are 45 mins except for ABT
