I have had a passion for health and fitness since childhood, possibly due to attending my first gym class at Kindy Gymbaroo when I was eighteen months old! This commitment is supported by a Degree in Exercise and Sports Science where I worked with healthy and clinical individuals who allowed practical application of my skills.
I use a mixture of strengthening and stretching exercises derived from my knowledge of yoga and my studies in cardio training, balance training, biomechanics, rehabilitation and body systems. Whether you want to improve your fitness and health, achieve a work exercise balance, control your weight or rehabilitate a sporting
injury, I will be with you all the way.
Not only will you look your best, you’ll start sleeping better, reduce stress and feel more aware and connected to your body and who you are.
My work with different clients has shown me that everyone is an individual and I will be there to tailor an exercise program to suit your special needs and characteristics.
