Since finishing my Masters degree in 2004, I have strongly pursued my career in the corporate world, whilst teaching 14 group fitness classes a week ‘on the side’.  My passion for this industry and its people has grown immensely and I have finally let my passion drive me into fitness on a fulltime basis. 

My fitness roots have been developed in the group fitness world, where I have specialised in Body Attack Body Combat and Body Pump.  Being exposed to so many people in each class that I teach, I have had the priceless opportunity to be a part of amazing stories of achievement in terms of endurance, strength, weight-loss and happiness which has emerged from a stronger and fitter self. 

I want to see this from you.

I believe that I can educate you on how to eat right and exercise to your full potential, which will allow you to realise your own drive and desire to achieve.  Weight loss, strength gain, athletic performance, stress relief - whatever your fitness goal - I will guide and motivate you to help you stay on track.

Most of all, I want to be your life coach and I hope that my philosophy on the integration of fitness, nutrition and behavioural change will empower you to define and reach your personal goals and challenges, both mentally and physically.
