I became a trainer for the pure enjoyment of helping other others look and feel good about themselves. I've had a passion for aerobics and keeping fit since a young age and I love working up a sweat! I'm a positive and highly motivated individual who makes fitness a priority in my everyday life.
Since University, I have always had an interest in health and fitness, and I believe that there is a strong correlation between a healthy body and healthy mind.
For four and a half years, I worked full time in the corporate world, stuck behind a computer and sitting at my desk all day... During my spare time however, I would teach aerobics and one day it dawned upon me "wouldn't it be great if I could do this all day and help others achieve their fitness goals?"
My passion in life is sharing fitness and health with others. My goal is to motivate others to work hard to achieve their health and fitness goals, guide others to lose weight, and to help people get fitter and stronger. Exercise is a powerful tool. It makes the body stronger, not only physically, but mentally as well. This results in goals being achieved, and a more enjoyable lifestyle.

While in school I used to be involved in quite a bit of sport and this dwindled, as I grew a little older. I got my love for health and exercise back in 2008 when I completed the Oxfam 100km Trailwalker.
In 2010 I went on a long holiday and during this time I decided it was time to get out of the corporate rat race. Considering exercise has always been a part of my life it was an easy decision on what I should undertake in my new career. I always enjoy helping others and what is a better way to do so than help people with their fitness and lifestyle goals.
Having undergone a transformation physically and mentally as a result of exercise I know my personal experiences can be used to benefit those I encounter through my life. I found it amazing the difference of what just a few weeks exercise could do!
I believe once you jump on the bandwagon and reap the rewards you won't want to jump off.
I think participating in such events as the Oxfam and going overseas, really cemented that I wanted to become a trainer.
I love challenges and I believe in setting realistic goals. It is the best way to success.

Everyone starts somewhere and whether or not you are starting out at the beginning of your journey.... getting lost somewhere along the way or so close to achieving those fitness or health goals, I would love to help.
